Here is the first live portrait in water soluble pencil and water brush I attempted at my local art club, Lytham Art Society. I was kindly given permission to share. It was sketched on A3 Cartridge paper though not quite filling the page.

We had two young people to sketch from and Frankie was such an excellent sitter (his first time too) as he kept the pose beautifully. Olivia was also a good sitter and beautiful young lady. Sadly, I did not have the proportions of the rest of her body correct on the day and missed the following class as she returned wearing her favourite white dress. A lesson in needing to do more drawing!
