Nostalgia ‘The Village Shop’ watercolour 22nd July 2026

Inspired by an earlier visit to the quaint, peaceful Yorkshire Dales village of Clapham. This watercolour was painted from my own references and visioneering. A limited palette was used with favourite pigments. It measures approx. 9” x 12” – 23cm x 31cm. on Baohong 100% cotton block paper and was painted over several sessions as time allowed.
