It is some time since painting from one of Geoff Kersey's references and projects. I used my favourite paints for this watercolour and enjoyed doing the reflections and trying to portray wet sand.I looked up Cannon Beach, Oregon, to find it is a windy spot, hence the dog's fur, and lady's hair being swept up somewhat.The rocks were also the challenge here too. It measures 23cm x 31cm, approx 9" x 12" It is purely watercolour, no masking or gouache.
