This is a painting inspired by a visit to Staithes on a very chilly, cold Winter’s Day.

I changed the scene to add warmth and colour as we are, once again, experiencing chilly weather this year. (see News Section)

It is painted on a tinted pastel blue paper, Bockingford CP and painted in a Daniel Smith limited palette.
